This is my last post on this blog. Four years ago I found out my husband was habitually unfaithful and through the following three years of heartache we tried to fix what was irreparably broken. The divorce became final a year ago and I own the farm I've blogged about here and my ex and I share custody of our children. Homeschooling was dispensed with but sorely missed by the kids and me.

When a mainstream family has issues, the kids can sometimes remain oblivious, keep their same schedules, go to school and leave, even temporarily, whatever situation they may have. The kids made a polymer compound from Borax and Glue. The experiment was supposed to involve using different amounts of each diluted chemical, with careful observations about the results recorded.
